FAQ: How can I fix GPS issues on my device?
Some devices by default use a very restrictive battery management policy. In order to have a more stable GPS localization, we suggest keeping the screen always on and allowing T-Risk app to run without these restrictions. Try the following steps:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll to T-Risk app.
3. Tap on it.
4. Tap on "Position" and select "Always"
5. Go back, tap and select "Update in background"
